What You’ll Do

As an SMB Sales Representative, you’ll be responsible for high-volume outbound prospecting and sales. Your role is to sell recruitment advertising solutions on behalf of our association partners, helping employers connect with highly qualified professionals.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Make a minimum of 80 calls per day to prospective employers.
  • Sell job postings, advertising packages, and recruitment solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
  • Manage a sales pipeline and consistently move prospects through the sales cycle.
  • Utilize Apollo.io, CRM tools, and other sales technologies to optimize outreach.
  • Understand employer hiring needs and recommend the best recruitment advertising solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 0-4 years of sales experience (entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
  • High-energy, self-motivated, and coachable—you thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound sales calls daily.
  • Experience with Apollo.io or other sales enablement tools is a plus.
  • Strong organization and pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A desire to grow within a rapidly expanding company.
